Dead by Daylight's universe is about to get much bigger as Behaviour Interactive has announced two spin-off games, including a story-based game from Until Dawn's Supermassive Games and a multiplayer PvE game from Midwinter Entertainment.
The news was announced during Dead by Daylight's 7th Anniversary Stream, but details are still a bit scarce on what these games will truly end up being. However, there are tidbits of info that should get Dead by Daylight fans excited.
The Supermassive Games title is said to offer "an intense narrative experience filled with powerful life-or-death choices set within the backdrop of Dead by Daylight." For an idea of what type of game fans can expect, all they have to do is look towards Until Dawn, The Dark Pictures Anthology, and The Quarry.
The game currently has no title or release window, but Behaviour Interactive did confirm more details will be revealed later this year.
The second game is from Midwinter Entertainment, a studio that is part of the Behaviour Interactive family, and they are working on a multiplayer PvE game that looks to "tackle themes of greed and lust for power, with teams of up to four players taking on a strange new corner of The Entity's Realm."
Once again, no title or release window has been given for this game.
These new games were just two of the many announcements shared during Dead by Daylight's 7th Anniversary stream. For all the other news, including that Nicolas Cage himself will be joining Dead by Daylight, check out our full roundup.
