The Justice League Incarnate, arguably the greatest Justice League roster of heroes from different realities ever assembled, has failed in protecting the Multiverse from the biggest threat it's ever faced. Unfortunately for the heroes, the villain Pariah made a deal with the Great Darkness, the embodiment of darkness in the Multiverse, to effectively serve as its avatar, as he's assembled some of the deadliest villains from across space and time to lead its dark army. With the JLI realizing the Great Darkness is trying to possess the space between worlds, The Bleed, they're recruiting all the help they can get to stop it.
