The bow has been one of the most popular weapons in Skyrim since the game was first released over ten years ago, thanks in no small part to the safety of being able to stealthily attack from long distances. As a result, many players tend to test the bow's limits by pulling off some of the most impressive long-distance shots Skyrim will allow against enemies that can't even detect the source of the arrows after being hit.
However, while some players are able to pull off impressive shots from a massive distance, the killcam that often accompanies the final hit in an encounter in Skyrim can cause its own issues. The result is a series of ridiculous killcams in Skyrim that add insult to a lack of causing injury as each shot focuses in on the repeated misses.
While the sight of these missed killcams already appears unfortunate, this might actually be a result of a glitch that has persisted with Skyrim's bows since release. According to some comments, the issue could be caused by the killcam starting because the game had calculated the arrow to hit, but then changing the flight speed
