The couple found each other when Tania was in South Africa to meet another man who didn't show up for their date. She eventually struck up a conversation with a bartender who turned out to be Syngin. Even though Syngin and Tania had similar interests, like traveling, they seemed incompatible on screen. Still, the couple gave their relationship a shot and married in 2019.
