A mugshot of Ben was posted online after he was arrested for violating a probation stemming from a 2020 OUI arrest. According to Ben, he had gone to help a homeless couple at a Red Roof Inn, where he accepted a spiked drink. Ben apparently forgot what he did for the next 24 hours.
