It appears that the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon testing will begin later today on the Dragonflight Patch 10.1.5 PTR, with Blizzard opening a new feedback thread for the activity!
Hello! Please use this thread for feedback and bug reports regarding the Dawn of the Infinite dungeon, or related issues. Noting the nature of your group and players (guild premade, PUG, role/spec) is helpful as are specific details about your experiences. Thank you to everyone who has come out to help test! As always we appreciate the time you’re taking to help us create a better experience for players once Fractures in Time is released on live servers. The upcoming mega-dungeon is a very exciting core piece of Fractures in Time, featuring eight boss encounters, including the Infinite Dragonflight (of course), the Primalist Iridikron, Chromie's evil alter ego Morchie, a corrupted version of Tyr, and a special Time-Lost Battlefield whose opponents change based on faction! Another feature we're very excited to learn more about are the Paracausal Fragments — new group of trinkets which inherit effects of legendary and artifact weapons from across the World of Warcraft timeline! While not yet tested on the PTR to confirm, it's speculated that they will drop from the mega-dungeon, serving as some sort of temporary power inflation to help players along through the middle of the Season and Raid tier, similar to the Onyx Annulet in 10.0.7 or Pocket-Sized Computation Device from Mechagon, but a little more streamlined without all the extra customization and upgrades. Did somebody say... Whatever the case happens to be on the Patch 10.1.5 PTR, we're very excited to see the newest Dragonflight dungeon in action later today!
