In the Dogtown district of 's new DLC, there are many gigs that V can take on for extra rewards and to get some expanded backstory and questing in. However, they are often still filled with the same tough types of decisions that are present throughout the game. Among these is the gig «Treating Symptoms» from Mr. Hands which offers some interesting choices as V infiltrates the Voodoo Boys hideout. All the side gigs in the game are optional and do not affect the main storyline of or, but are generally worth doing for the extra content and loot they provide.
[Warning: This article contains spoilers for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.] absolutely has quests where V needs to kill someone. In fact, there are a lot of people who will end up dead by the end of the game. When faced with a possible solution that could avoid killing someone in a quest or going ahead and killing them, things can get murky with the degree of morality and ethical dilemmas. In the DLC, this continues to be the case, including in the various gigs from Mr. Hands, such as «Treating Symptoms.»

The «Treating Symptoms» side gig in gives V a mission to kill Milko after he has been blackmailing a woman and saying he will hack into her lungs. Milko is a netrunner for the Voodoo Boys, which provides a very fun opportunity for V to break into the Voodoo Boys hideout, complete with killer robots, cameras, and turrets. The entire mission, from the threat of hacking into someone's lungs to killer robots chasing V through the hideout, is incredibly cyberpunk and truly captures a lot of the essence of the world that takes place in.
