Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered was released on PC on August 12, 2022, approximately four years after the original game’s launch on PS4. It includes a remastered version of Marvel’s Spider-Man along with three episodes from The City That Never Sleeps DLC. This remaster comes with several visual enhancements and improvements, with the most prominent change being a completely different model for Peter Parker.
Since its launch on PC, fans have released several impressive mods for Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. For example, one mod lets users play as Stan Lee in a Tuxedo while another adds the suit from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Now, a new mod lets users play as one of the most popular characters from Marvel Comics.

This mod allows users to play as Black Panther in Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PC. Created by a player named Zenny, it replaces the Ends of the Earth suit with Black Panther from the Marvel Contest of Champions mobile game. Fans can download the mod from Nexus Mods, which also features 11 images showing Black Panther in action.
Black Panther is not the first Marvel character to receive a costume mod in Marvel’s Spider-Man as fans can replace Spider-Man with Daredevil with the help of another mod. It won’t be surprising to see similar mods come up within the next few months featuring various characters from Marvel’s deep catalog. Although, they will likely function as different skins for Spider-Man, and fans should not expect a revamp of the gameplay, such as new animations and moves, based on the modded character.
One user on the Reddit post initially asks if Black Panther’s model is taken from Marvel’s Avengers, but others correct them
