Pre-orders for the upcoming Star Wars Jedi Survivor took the No.5 spot on Steam last week.
The title saw a massive 18-place leap up from 23rd place to fifth ahead of its release on April 27th, likely due to positive previews for the title. Its predecessor – 2019's Jedi Fallen Order – was the best Star Wars launch for PC, according to publisher EA.
First place in the Steam Top Ten once again goes to CS:GO, while second place goes to Valve's Stem Deck hardware. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 drops one position down to No.3, charting ahead of PUBG: Battlegrounds, which also falls one place to fourth. Fellow free-to-play battle royale title Apex Legends hangs steady in sixth place, while Destiny 2 rose three places to No.7.
A 67 per cent price cut sees Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 return to the Top Ten in eighth – an 11-place rise from last week's 19th. MMO Lost Ark hangs in ninth place, while the newly-released Wartales from Shiro Games makes its debut in the Steam Top Ten at No.10 one week after its April 12th release.
