Cate Blanchett joins Netflix’s The School for Good and Evil as the narrator. Charlize Theron, Kerry Washington and Michelle Yeoh are already on-board for the upcoming movie based on the fantasy novel series by Soman Chainani. Ghostbusters helmer Paul Feig directs from a script by Vanessa Taylor, David Magee and Feig.
Chainani's original School for Good and Evil books follow the adventures of Sophie and Agatha as they join the titular fantasy university where children are trained to become either fairytale heroes or fairytale villains. Laurence Fishburne plays the school master, alongside Theron as Lady Lesso, Washington as Professor Clarissa Dovey and Yeoh as Professor Emma Anemone.
