Activision's big Call of Duty announcement event, Call of Duty Next, is coming up very soon. The event promises major news on the Call of Duty franchise, and it's taking place just before the Modern Warfare III beta is set to begin this weekend on PlayStation.

Call of Duty Next is Activision's annual broadcast that features news and updates on the Call of Duty series, leading up to the launch of the latest game in the annual series. Viewers can expect information on titles across the Call of Duty series, including Warzone, Modern Warfare III, and Call of Duty's mobile offering.
This year's event takes place on Thursday, October 5. The show starts that day at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET. You can see more start times below.
The Call of Duty Next event will air live on Call of Duty's official Twitch and YouTube channels, and GameSpot will carry a livestream as well so you can watch right here with us.
