Beware the Dreaded "Uber Butcher" in Diablo 4
The Butcher. We love him, we hate him.
When you're getting cut in half by giant Khazra Mauler or being porcupined by Corpse Bows off screen, the last thing you want to see is a big red health bar appear at the top of your screen. However, an unfortunate player discovered that it can actually get much worse.

This poor soul on Reddit lived to tell the tale of a most brutal encounter.
Apparently, in Nightmare Dungeons with the Avenger affix, the Butcher is able to pick up stacks of the buff, becoming the «Uber Butcher» and growing to truly monstrous proportions with Increased Damage dealt to boot. This can prove to be a particularly dangerous combination depending on the dungeon you are in.
For instance, in a dungeon with extreme monster density like Domhainne Tunnels, the Butcher could potentially end up looking like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon, but with the concussive capabilities of a semi truck. The moral of the story here is to always pay attention to the game music, as the Butcher's theme music can often be heard before you find him — or he finds you.
