Bear and Breakfast is a new management simulation for PC that will soon also be coming to Switch. This indie title had quite the popular demo that was featured as part of Steam's Next Fest last summer, but this data must be deleted before players play the full game. Here's how to do it.
In the Bear and Breakfast indie game Discord, players were warned that they will need to delete all demo play data before starting the game. The developer noted that in order to have an «uninterrupted hot bear gaming experience,» on launch, the Next Fest demo data would get in the way. The demo data with actually mess with the Options, New Game, and other buttons located on the opening screen of the game, preventing players from creating a new game and getting started on their journey to owning their own relaxing video game Bear and Breakfast in the woods.

In order to clear any old saved information from this Animal Crossing-like simulation game, players will need to head into their Steam folders on their desktop. First, open up any folder on the computer. Then, type this address into the search bar at the top of the folder's screen:
C:\Users[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\GummyCat\BearAndBreakfast
Make sure to replace the [USER] section with the Steam name that the demo was played under. If this does not bring up any information, the developers say that App Data can be hidden by default in Windows. Gummy Cat says to «try typing %appdata% into the File Explorer address bar» if the information doesn't pop up.
Once at this location, make sure to remove all the items in the folder. Cleaning out this information will ensure that players won't have any trouble with the full release because of old data gumming up the works. Thankfully,
