Two of them, Zevlor and Zariel's Asset, are part of quests that might cause you to continue looking for them to no avail. The Baldur's Gate 3 Find Zevlor and Zariel's Asset quests can be completed in the Mind Flayer Colony. The area itself becomes accessible after you've defeated Ketheric Thorm for the first time in Moonrise Towers.
