Avatar: The Way Of Water Gets Early Digital Release With Bonus Features
20th Century Studios' and James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water will be available from digital stores like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Vudu, and Movies Anywhere on March 28. This will be the first and only way to watch at home before it hits streaming and physical home media.
The sequel to Cameron's groundbreaking Avatar was both a commercial and critical success, eventually becoming the third highest-grossing film of all-time earning over $2.2 billion worldwide, and receiving four Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture and Visual Effects.
Looking through the extras, you can check out the screen tests that won the talented young cast their roles as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the action that the Avatar stunt team performed to help bring the story to life.
You can also get a virtual tour of Lightstorm Lab, the center head of the virtual production for the Avatar films. Comprised of specialized teams, the Lab builds and supports every aspect of the production.
