Assassin's Creed's upcoming mobile game Codename Jade is getting a closed beta, and you can sign up now. The beta period will start on August 3, available on both iOS and Android.
This will be the first time fans have been able to try Codename Jade out themselves, which seems to be quite unique from other instalments in the series. This isn't just because it's a mobile title, but because it's the first Assassin's Creed game developed in partnership with Tencent-owned Level Infinite.

Reactions to the game so far have been mixed, with some believing it's not totally in the spirit of Assassin's Creed, and also fearing for its quality due to the fact that it's a mobile release. Ubisoft will certainly be hoping to change some minds going into the closed beta.
