ASRock has finally launched its DeskMeet X600 PCs featuring a PCH-Less Mini-ITX motherboard & support for AMD Ryzen 8000 & 7000 CPUs.
The DeskMeet series by ASRock is famous for its industry-leading capabilities, and the new lineup is indeed no exception. The DeskMeet X600 PC lineup will support AMD's Ryzen 8000G APUs & Ryzen 7000 series CPUs, with up to 65W of power support, depending upon what variant you opt for. Interestingly, the ASRock DeskMeet X600 PCs are equipped with a X600 PCH-less Mini-ITX motherboard, which is designed to utilize the onboard CPU I/O features to power the connectivity requirements by using the X600 PCH activator. This is an excellent addition to the SFF markets since removing a dedicated PCH allows manufacturers to make systems smaller. The motherboard features a 10-phase VRM and is powered by an 8-pin + 24-pin connector combination. It houses the AM5 socket which supports the existing Ryzen 8000G, Ryzen 7000 CPUs and will also extend support to future Ryzen CPUs.
