This new slide shows the gaming comparison between the latest AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the flagship 3D V-Cache CPU, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D. All companies have a way of marketing upcoming products, especially in this market where performance is vital among gamers. But, with inflation & the current economy, it doesn't matter that prices have dropped because the market is still filled with older technology. Users demand lower prices on GPUs and CPUs for their systems, as we saw in last month's recent Steam Survey results.
We have so far seen official benchmarks comparing the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D against the Ryzen 7 5800X3D, the Core i9-13900K and stock vs tuned performance. In another marketing slide by AMD, the company has shown users the performance of the new CPU against the premium AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D in several of the hottest PC games on the market.

AMD is now showing consumers that the newest processor, which is also the least expensive chip in the 3D V-Cache CPU lineup, coming in at $449, is "only slightly behind the Ryzen 9 7950X3D in gaming."

While this is a bold statement from the company, especially since the media and reviewers have yet to test the product for themselves, it shows that the performance in over twenty games ranges between 92% to 113% compared to the Ryzen 9 7950X3D at 1080p High which seems to be AMD's choice of game settings for this chip specifically.
