As you play , you will occasionally get requests to track down a missing person trapped somewhere in Tartarus. Once you get to June, as the days pass, you will get more and more missing person reports. If you wait until all the missing persons disappear in a given month, you can swoop them all up before their shared deadlines.
If you do not rescue a missing person by their given deadline,they will disappear forever. Two characters who also have Social Links with the protagonist go missing. You must rescue them in time tocomplete their Social Link. While there is no grand reward for rescuing every missing person, each request gives you some excellent rewards.
Once you reach June 18th, Elizabeth will contact you and inform you that someone has accidentally entered Tartarus and disappeared. Their information will appear on thepolice station bulletin board, including their name and the due date for retrieving them. After June 18th, you will receive a few missing person requests each month (except for July).
When you enter the Tartarus in and are ready to find some missing persons, speak to Elizabeth about it. She will give you a general floor range to find the missing person. When you reach the correct floor, Fuuka will inform you that the missing person is nearby. When you find the missing person, you can either take them to the entrance yourself or send them down with an escort. Visit Officer Kurosawa the next day at the police station to collect your rewards.
Two missing persons are actually one of the many Social Links available in . These would be Bunkichi, part of the Hierophant Arcana, and Maiko, the Hanged Man Arcana. If you do not rescue Bunkichi or Maiko when they disappear, you cannot complete their Social Links and unlock their Personas for battles or for fusion.
