An Animal Crossing: New Horizons player has created a neat concept for Bat Villagers. Nintendo has expanded on the number of animal species featured in Animal Crossing: New Horizons compared to earlier titles, and this idea could be perfect for the next installment.

The first Animal Crossing game was released for the Nintendo GameCube, and it featured 10 species of animals represented by the Villagers. The piece features eight Bats, each with its own personality based on the existing Animal Crossing: New Horizons characteristics.
