All 464 Mounts Able to Dragonride in The War Within
Here's a list of all 464 flying mounts that are able to Dragonride in The War Within!
In-game, you are able to toggle between dynamic flying (Skyriding) and regular flying (Steady Flight) in your mount journal window.
Dragonriding Glyph System
The glyph system is staying but becoming an evergreen system. Not all abilities from Dragonflight will be moved forward to the new system and players should be able to unlock them in every expansion. You can see more about it in the BlizzCon preview:
Dynamic Flight will be available from the start in Khaz Algar and players will be able to unlock the TBC style of flight at maximum level by exploring the zones of The War Within and completing the campaign. Players will also be able to collect glyphs throughout Khaz Algar as they explore. These glyphs will be shifting to an evergreen state in which players shouldn’t feel as if they need to go back to Dragonflight to gain any they missed before. Some abilities that players have collected from their adventures in the Dragon Isles may be restricted to the Dragon Isles, but base abilities like increased Vigor will become a part of how Dynamic Flight works and available to everyone as they level up.

Skyriding Settings
Old settings from Dragonriding are now found in the Skyridding talent tree. There, you can enable or disable the «Carry a friend» feature and also choose between Whirling Surge and Lightning Rush for your mount. Note that picking Lightning Rush makes the mount have the same steering capabilities as the Algarian Stormrider.
