Sony is reportedly working on a new game with a surprising new setting. The action series has been widely praised for its 2018 reboot, which took protagonist Kratos out of his traditional Greek mythology setting and plopped him down in a world of Norse gods, valkyries, and giants to great effect. Both the eponymous 2018 and its direct sequel, God of War: Ragnarok have received rave reviews.
