Liz gained fame during 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 when Big Ed started dating her. Big Ed had dated Rosemarie “Rose” Vega upon his debut in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4 and quickly became an internet sensation as a result. But apart from being made into viral memes for his crying face, Big Ed gained notoriety for the awful way he treated Rose on the show. Fans didn’t expect anyone to date Big Ed after he and Rose split, but then came along Liz, who became his new girlfriend.

But a few months later, it was shockingly reported that Big Ed and Liz were engaged.
