In the current landscape of the MCU, there are few heroes or villains who are more powerful than Scarlet Witch, something that was explicitly shown during her latest live-action appearance.
What hasn’t been shown throughout her time within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, is perhaps her most unexpected power of all–one that unexpectedly revealed itself in one of Scarlet Witch’s earliest adventures.
Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch made her first appearance in X-Men #4, and upon her debut, it became immediately clear that she was on a whole other level with the amount of power she could wield.
Anything or anyone Scarlet Witch pointed at would be cursed with an immediate catastrophe without any hope of avoiding a disaster, and this power was known as her Hex.
