The Zul'Gurub Raid returns in Season of Discovery, and classics like the Swift Zulian Tiger with it. But there are many changes to the loot, including updated Tier Sets and specialization-specific enchants. We have Zul'Gurub loot and Tier Set guides with SoD-specific information based on Wowhead Client uploads, which you can check out below:
Zul'Gurub Loot Guide Zul'Gurub Tier Sets
This article highlights some of the most interesting loot and updates, but you can find all of the information and where every item drops in our full guides.
There are two rare mounts from Zul'Gurub: Swift Zulian Tiger from High Priest Thekal and Swift Razzashi Raptor from Bloodlord Mandokir. Both are highly sought after, especially since this is a chance for Horde characters to get an armored Saber, and Alliance players to get an armored Raptor.
While Zul'Gurub did have Tier Sets in Vanilla, Season of Discovery has updated all Set Bonuses for all Classes. Unlike the Tier 2 Sets from Blackwing Lair that has a set for each specialization, each Class only has one set with one Set Bonus in Zul'Gurub. This means that not all Druids, for example, will be going for the Haruspex's Garb set that is geared towards Balance.
Below you can see all Tier Sets:
Not all Zul'Gurub Tier pieces drop directly from bosses within the Raid, but must instead be created through reagents and have Reputation requirements with the Zandalar Tribe.
For example, the Wushoolay's Charm of Nature trinket requires a Neutral standing with the Zandalar Tribe. To create it, you must loot a Punctured Voodoo Doll from Jinxed Hoodoo Pile
