Ahead of its season 6 premiere, Young Sheldon has already spoiled the outcome of season 5's cliffhanger finale, which saw Meemaw (Annie Potts) and Georgie (Montana Jordan) sent to jail. CBS's premier comedy series ended its fifth year with a massive question regarding Meemaw and Georgie's situation after they were arrested at the border. Things took a dark turn for the Coopers toward the end ofYoung Sheldon season 5. Georgie revealed that he and his much-older girlfriend, Mandy (Emily Osment), were pregnant. Throughout all this, Meemaw has been a great help, even accompanying Georgie on a trip south of the border to smuggle cigarettes for additional income. Unfortunately for them, they got caught.
