As seems to be tradition for modern open-world sandbox games, Saints Row features an incredibly large map. Granted, it may not be quite as big as Los Santos or Liberty City from the GTA games, but Santo Ileso still clocks in at an impressive eight square miles. As a result, getting from one side of the map to the other can be quite a chore, particularly without the help of fast travel.
Saints Row: The Best Cars (& Where To Find Them)
Initially, players will only be able to fast travel to the apartment or the church, depending on where they are in the story. Thankfully, Saints Row also allows players to unlock new fast travel locations using the camera on their phone, though finding them all is far from easy. There are six unlockable locations for players to track down, which, between them, cover a fairly significant portion of the map.
The Apartment is the first fast travel location that players gain access to in Saints Row and becomes available once players have completed the first main story mission, 'First F#:!ing Day.'
Players will unlock the Church automatically as they make their way through the main story of Saints Row. It becomes available as a fast travel location once players have completed 'Take Me To Church,' which is the ninth main story mission in Saints Row.
Panther Rock will probably be the first unlockable fast travel location that most players stumble across due to its position on the map. It's right in between the church and the apartment and to the east of Jim Rob's garage. It's one of the most breathtaking locations in Saints Row, so players should be sure to check it out whenever they get a chance.
