A newYoung Sheldon season 5 promotional clip reveals Missy (Raegan Revord) exposing Mary's (Zoe Perry) hypocrisy over her faith. The CBS comedy recently took another short hiatus after its milestone 100th episode. But now, it's gearing up to return for a brand new outing where the Cooper family's mother and daughter will continue their contentious relationship.
Young Sheldon season 5 has had some big storylines for each core cast member. While Sheldon (Iain Armitage) deals with being a college freshman at East Texas Tech, his twin sister has been going through the typical growing pains of being a high schooler. That includes getting her heart broken for the first time and struggling to fit in with her peers. As she figures herself out, she has had some conflicts with some of her family members, including her parents. But while her previous arguments with them have been mostly about her own struggles, her latest encounter with Mary essentially points out how hypocritical the Cooper matriarch is when it comes to her faith.
