Xbox Game Pass is constantly getting new games, with Microsoft already having added a handful of games for subscribers to check out for May 2022. Microsoft kicked off the new Xbox Game Pass games for May 2022 with the addition of day one release Loot River on May 3, which was followed up by Citizen Sleeper and Trek to Yomi, both of which were added to the subscription service on May 5.
The next big day for Xbox Game Pass is Tuesday, May 10, at which point three more games will be added to the lineup. On that day, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can look forward to playing the likes of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, and This War of Mine: Final Cut. May 12, meanwhile, will see the addition of NHL 22 for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to check out.
Xbox Game Pass Adds 2 New Day One Games
WhenNHL 22 is added, it will mark the end of the games that have officially been highlighted by Microsoft to be coming to Xbox Game Pass in May 2022. Around the middle of May, Microsoft will shine a spotlight on the new Xbox Game Pass games coming in the second half of the month. In the meantime, previous announcements have already given Xbox Game Pass subscribers a good idea of what they can expect from the service in the second half of May, and now yet another game has been confirmed for the lineup.
Prior announcements have let Xbox Game Pass subscribers know that they can check out Floppy Knights and Hardspace Shipbreaker on May 24, as well as Sniper Elite 5 and Pac-Man Museum+ on May 26 and May 27, respectively. Now it's been confirmed that Umurangi Generation Special Edition is also coming to Xbox Game Pass in the second half of May 2022, with subscribers able to expect its arrival on May 17.
