One of the deadliest versions of Wolverine gained his Venom symbiote after taking on a dinosaur who was hosted the alien creature. Yes, Old Man Logan once got Venomized in the Edge of Venomverse event from Marvel Comics after taking on a T-Rex that bonded with the symbiote. Wolverine received a notable power upgrade after taking down the dinosaur and using the symbiote himself, making the clawed hero even more terrifying in the process.
Marvel's Edge of Venomverse by Ryan Key, Andrew Lima Araujo, Rachelle Rosenberg, and VC's Clayton Cowles, was one of the most insane, fun mini-events in recent memory. Across Edge of Venomverse and Venomverse, Eddie Brock's Venom is recruited into a war between symbiotes and alien symbiote-eating villains called the Poisons. The Poison took the form of heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe, leading to the formation of The Resistance, which featured a number of symbiote-turned characters. Included in the hero group are a Venomized Black Panther, Venom Rocket, Spinneret, and Doctor Strange. However, one of the craziest character combinations was Logan Venom, who gained his abilities from a Venom-infused T-Rex.

In Edge of Venomverse #4, Old Man Logan is captured by his son Bruce Banner Jr., Archangel, and Ashley Barton, who all want revenge on him for changing their lives. They end up unleashing a symbiote T-Rex against Wolverine, who ends up eating Barton before swallowing Logan whole. However, Archangel and Banner Jr. are stunned to see Wolverine emerge from the dinosaur's body as he gains the T-Red'x symbiote.
