After defeating Yaseotoko once and for all at the top of Tokyo Tower during Chapter 5's closing moments, Ghostwire: Tokyo players will find themselves diving headfirst into the abyss between realms. There, Akito is forced to take a somewhat haunting trip down memory lane, before finally coming face to face with Hannya and his kidnaped sister, Mari.

At first, it seems as though Mari may have put a stop to Hannya after she uses the power of the harvested spirits to send him crashing down into the underworld. Unfortunately, however, the mask-wearing villain is able to retrieve the souls of his wife and daughter while down there, and drags them back up to the surface to form a terrifying beast known as the Amalgamation. Here's how to beat it.
As a result of Hannya's Amalgamation transformation, he now has three masks: his wife Okina's, his daughter Ko-omote's, and, for some reason, Yaseotoko's. Players will need to attack these masks in order to expose their cores, though, due to the way that they're all positioned, they'll probably need to deal with Okina's and Ko-omote's first before being able to target the Yaseotoko mask.
When it comes to attacks, Hannya is pretty similar to Yaseotoko in that he also has access to the Ethereal Arts. Just as in previous battles though, players will easily be able to preempt which of the three elements he's about to use based on the color that he glows moments before using them. Pretty much all of these attacks can be blocked with the right timing, with the main exception being his firebomb attack which should instead be dodged due to its large AoE.
