In Ghostwire: Tokyo, one of the most challenging side quests that players can complete early on is called Haunting Visions, which returns Akito to the hospital from the beginning of the game. While the layout of the side quest will seem familiar, the Vistors that have overtaken the hospital are much stronger than those found early on. Nonetheless, Akito must save the Spirit of a child who received an eye transplant just before Hannya brought a supernatural cataclysm to the city of Tokyo.
Haunting Visions has some seriously tough visitors for Akito to face, so before starting it, players should consider unlocking the best skill upgrades in Ghostwire: Tokyo. The close-quarters location of the hospital makes it perfect to use the Water Weave attack, and the powerful final enemy can be taken down more easily with the Fire Weaving attack. The final boss is a Kuchisake, and with little room to maneuver around the hallways of the hospital, attempting to defeat this Visitor can easily result in Akito's (second) death.

This side quest is one of the more rewarding quests that players can complete early on in the game as well. Once it is completed, Akito will be rewarded with 10,000 Meika, approximately 1,500 Spirits, and the Pencil filter for Photo Mode. 1,500 Spirits goes a long way to leveling up fast in Ghostwire: Tokyo, providing bonus XP in addition to the XP earned from defeating various enemies throughout the hospital and completing the quest itself. The Haunting Visions side quest offers plenty of opportunity to Quick Purge enemies quietly, which will also earn players some bonus XP as well.
