Why so serious?, the company behind the independent games label WSS playgrund, has announced the establishment of a new game label called Baron du Juvenile. The first two titles under the label, horror adventure games Slay the Alice and Waiting in the Lime Forest, are now available for PC via Steam for $8.99 each.
“With a distinct concept from WSS playground, Baron du Juvenile focuses on immersion to the artist’s creativity and individuality through ‘being a game and playing the game,'” Why so serious? Said in a press release. “This label will be led by the new ‘passionate editor-in-chief,’ separate from the leadership of WSS playground. We invite you to follow the future developments of Baron du Juvenile with great anticipation.”
In a message, Baron du Juvenile “editor-in-chief” Tokumiya Miyamoto said, “Greetings! Every heart and mind contains juvenility. Through play, its beauty is magnified—nurturing this is Baron du Juvenile.”
