Version 2.8 introduced one new character, a decent amount of quests, and an assortment of items, but Version 3.0 promises to be far more momentous. To start, Genshin Impact 3.0 will introduce the Sumeru region, an entirely new rainforest- and desert-heavy area that even the manga gives little information about.
