Bad news, chooms. Cyberpunk 2077's upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC definitely isn't coming before June, according to CD Projekt Red. That's because we're not getting any more news on the expansion until then.
"Exciting news, chooms: in June we’ll start to share more information about the #PhantomLiberty expansion," CDPR wrote in a tweet earlier today. "Stay tuned!"

We knew Cyberpunk's Phantom Liberty DLC will be coming sometime this year, but there was some hope that it might be coming sooner rather than later. That hope is definitely dashed with today's announcement as we can now expect more deets to drop around E3 time.
Announced last September and confirmed to have Idris Elba as a character in a trailer showcased at The Game Awards, Phantom Liberty will add a "spy-thriller expansion" to Cyberpunk 2077. Given what we've seen so far, we know Johnny Silverhand is still around and the New US Government will be involved, but details remain scarce.
CDPR has said that Phantom Liberty will be the biggest expansion that it's ever made, and it'll be the only expansion Cyberpunk gets. Rumors of an Edgerunners tie-in with Falco making a surprise appearance were recently debunked, although fans are still convinced that another famous merc will make its way into the DLC: Morgan Blackhand. Described as a lone wolf in the Cyberpunk lore, fans believe they spotted a person that fits his physical description in the most recent trailer, although he's only seen for just a moment.
