As a predecessor to Darktide, the Warhammer: Vermintide series lets players choose from five different playable heroes and team up for four-person cooperative missions. Each character inVermintide has distinct strengths and skills, with some specializing in ranged combat while others excel in close-quarters melee battles. Players are able to complete various different missions to fight back hordes of enemies, like the Skaven or the forces of Chaos, to level up their characters and earn randomized loot.
