There are various methods that players can take when creating a storage room, but, in general, these all revolve around working in as many chests as possible in a confined area.
One of the more simple designs begins by laying out wooden flooring 5 by 5. Fortunately, one wooden floor can hold up to two wooden chests side by side. On top of this, a wooden chest is the same height as a half wooden wall, which means that in one block (one wooden floor by one wooden wall), there can be up to 4 chests if players use a half wall to place another floor over the bottom chests.
