The PTR for Diablo 4 Patch 2.0 has concluded. We've gathered all of the undocumented changes we could find and summarized them in this article. Keep in mind that anything mentioned below is subject to change and has been taken from the PTR — it's highly likely things will adjust before the official Vessel of Hatred launch.

Season 6 Theme Found on Patch 2.0 PTR New Weapon and Off-Hand Models in Diablo 4 Patch 2.0

Character Creation and Customization

Iconic campfire scene was removed, new character creation now shows every class separately with additional video footage showcasing gameplay

Many new hairstyles were added to the character customization

One of the new hairstyle options in Patch 2.0

Wardrobe can now be accessed from anywhere by going into the character panel and clicking on the Wardrobe icon

4 new Pigments (Canopy, Royal Mariner, Cinder, and Sunrise) for dyeing were added to the Wardrobe

Renown

4th and 5th Renown rewards were swapped, meaning it is now less important to reach the final Renown rank

The third-person Battle Royale shooter Off the Grid is now available for free early access for those on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via the Epic Games Store, as announced by Gunzilla, the title developer. Off the Grid takes you on a journey through Teardrop Island in a cyberpunk world that has been created in collaboration with Neill Blomkamp. Blomkamp has directed movies such as District 9, Chappie, and, more recently, Gran Turismo. This is his first venture in the video game world, and he has helped to create the dystopian cyberpunk world that players will get to explore in the Extraction Royale.
