Starfield is set to launch on September 6, 2023, and we've just gotten one of the most in-depth looks at the game ever during Xbox's Starfield Direct showcase. Bethesda is granting early access to the game for those who buy the Premium Edition (£100) or Constellation Edition (£250), but that's not the only way to access it. For £34.99 you can buy the Premium Upgrade and still play the game on September 1.
This is available in digital or physical form, but those preordering the physical edition will also be treated to the Starfield Steelbook display case. If you're buying digital and have Game Pass, it's a tiny bit cheaper as you can pick it up for £31.49 instead! If you're rocking Game Pass and don't want to spend an initial £70 on the base game, just pre-install the game now via Game Pass on your console, and preorder the Premium Edition upgrade for £35 physical (including the Steelbook), or £31.49 digital.
The Premium Edition will also include the first story expansion pack called 'Shattered Space', 5 days early access, a digital soundtrack, artbook, and an in game skin pack. Starfield on PC (Steam code) is also down to just £47.99 at Green Man Gaming, and £68.79 for the premium edition (pre-purchase, with payment taken immediately).
