Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase earlier this month was probably one of the best showcases it’s ever done, but though it had plenty of major upcoming games to show off, some of the relatively smaller titles still in the pipeline didn’t necessarily get their time in the sun. To that end, a new ID@Xbox Showcase has been announced.
In partnership with IGN, Microsoft will be streaming a new ID@Xbox Showcase next month, on July 11 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The showcase will feature new reveals, gameplay footage, and announcements for upcoming indie titles coming to Xbox consoles and PC, while right afterward, IGN will also be offering a new details on the games featured in the showcase in a new episode of its Unlocked podcast.
Microsoft has often used the ID@Xbox Showcases to not only offer deeper looks at upcoming indie titles, but also offer players the chance to go hands-on with them with new demos. Which games will feature in the upcoming showcase remains to be seen. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
