The Wilds season 2 has been a hot topic of conversation since it arrived on Amazon Prime Video last week, with viewers debating the motivations and morality of its central teenagers. The second season in particular has many more teens about whom to debate, seeing as the cast doubled in size when the adventure series introduced a second set of stranded characters. The difference is that this group is made up all boys
Both crews of troubled teens in The Wilds have beenpurposely placed in their precarious positions by the sinister Gretchen Klein (Rachel Griffiths, Saving Mr. Banks), who seeks to prove a larger point about society by messing with the minds of impressionable youths. And while she has a loyal team at her side, their faith in her judgment is called into question as the series progresses and her methods get more and more unsavory.

Troy Winbush and David Sullivan, who play Gretchen's colleagues Dean and Daniel respectively, spoke to Screen Rant about the moral quandaries they face and potential breaking points as they continue to participate in this wild experiment.
Screen Rant: How are we feeling, morally speaking? As we're going into season 2 and witnessing these experiments from your characters' perspectives.
Troy Winbush: It picks up from season 1. I'm still morally conflicted. Definitely, now I'm throwing in a whole new set of characters into the mix. But Dean has some things that [are] going to be pretty interesting to see this season.
Overall, he has children. He could empathize with the kids a little bit. He was once a teenager himself, and it weighs on him. You're going to see that kind of pressure this season, and I'm excited for you to see it.
