The Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham opens up about whether she would ever return to her role after she portrayed the character Bonnie Bennett for eight years. Graham is an American actress, singer, and dancer, who distributes music under the stage name Toro Gato. She began her career appearing in commercials and music videos. By 1998, she made her film debut in The Parent Trap alongside Lindsay Lohan. In 2002, she made her TV debut on the Disney Channel original series Lizzie McGuire. She would go on to appear in a number of other shows includingMalcom in the Middle, Greek, and Hannah Montana.
By 2007, Graham nabbed her most recognizable role as Bonnie in the CW's The Vampire Diaries. The series follows Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), a newly orphaned teenage girl who gets caught up in a love triangle with two vampire brothers. Graham portrays Bonnie, Elena's best friend, who later becomes the show's female lead following Dobrev's exit after season 6. Graham portrayed the role of Bonnie for eight years, all the way until The Vampire Diaries ended in 2017. Since then, she has gone on to star in many other films and TV shows, and also further delved into her music career.

In an interview with ET, Graham discusses whether she would ever return to her Vampire Diaries role if there happened to be a reboot. Fans might like the sound of revisiting Bonnie and the other inhabitants of Mystic Falls, but Graham is actually perfectly happy leaving The Vampire Diaries behind her. Check out her statement below:
