Triangle Strategy introduces players to many characters in a short period of time. But there is something special about Frederica. Her people, long oppressed by the Hyzante's Saintly Seven to mine salt, finds herself as part of a royal family sent to marry a lord of Glenbrook to help seal an alliance. But as one of the Roselle, she faces racism along with the other hardships in the story of Triangle Strategy.
Frederica is half-sister to the ruler of Aesfrost, one of the three main kingdoms in Triangle Strategy. Her mother was one of the Roselle, a group of pink-haired humans that have been enslaved for generations. Her mother lead a rebellion of the Roselle during the war thirty years ago, setting free some of her people to live in safety in Serenoa's lands near House Wolffort in Glenbrook. She is promised in marriage to Serenoa at the beginning of the game in order to help seal an alliance between Glenbrook and Aesfrost and celebrate the 30 years of peace between the countries.

She is a strong pyromancer unit in Triangle Strategy; while Frederica's powers are very fire focused. Unlike many of the other magic users, she does not learn any power that is not fire-based in some way.
Frederica's class can be upgraded in the Encampment in Triangle Strategy from Recruit to Veteran with a Medal of Bravery, or from Veteran to Elite with a Medal of Valor.
