In a crossover I never thought I'd be writing about, three Newcastle United FC (NUFC) players descended on xQc, iShowSpeed, Clix, and Mongraal with shotguns (in Fortnite) and laid waste to them in just under two minutes at 1am. Speedy HQ shared a clip of the wipeout on Twitter where you can hear all four streamers getting progressively madder at footballers they don't know from what is objectively the best city in England.
"Who the f**k is Harvey Barnes, bro?" iShowSpeed asked. "We just got stream-sniped by somebody called Harvey Barnes. Harvey Barnes? F**k you, bro. I could've got rebooted."

For those of you who don't live in the toon up North (or don't have a boss who's a big football fan feeding them information so they can pretend they know about their local sports ball team), Barnes signed for £38 million this summer, jumping from Leicester City to Newcastle, but he's been absent for the majority of the season due to a toe injury. That's who was getting under iShowSpeed's skin for most of the video.
Gordon signed from Everton last January and has been Newcastle's most impressive player in this injury-hit season, while Dummett is a Newcastle player through and through, playing for NUFC his whole career. You can take a guess as to why he's a fan favourite (he even has a nickname, Paulo Maldummetti). But right now, he's third choice centre back behind Fabian Schar and Jamal Lascelles, with Sven Botman ruled out through injury.
As their squad dies and they get placed #21, the four Twitch streamers go from shouting stream-sniper to hacker. In reality, three professional footballers beat them at their own game.
