Some Apple users have been disappointed that the new iPhones have certain important parts missing, which are considered retro. Apple has bypassed, or dropped, them in favour of new technologies or simply in the name of protecting the environment. Needless to say, those parts are sorely missed by fans. However, that has not stopped certain moders from taking up the initiative and adding these missing parts to the latest iPhones. In this instance, it was the iPhone 13 Pro Max that got it certain parts that no other such iPhone has. These include USB-C port. Apple prefers to use its Lightning port! A modder named Yang Changshun from China went ahead and added these missing features and shared the new look of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which shows a number of changes from the available variant in the market. It is not pretty, though.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max modified by Tik Toker Changshun, now has a USB-C port. Not just that, the shared images by the XDA Developer of the iPhone 13 Pro Max features a second battery too, which effectively doubles up the battery life. Right now, the iPhone 13 Pro Max has one of the best batteries out there, but here an extra one has been paired with the phone. But that is not all, it even has integrated cooling fans! The modder also added a 3.5mm headphone jack plus 'louder' speakers.
Obviously, it will not be easy to bring the new additions to the existing model of the iPhone without changing its size. That means the cost of the inclusion of these new add-ons is simply double the thickness of the iPhone, which doesn't look pretty.
