The iPhone 14 Pro is going to be a major upgrade in terms of design, suggest all the rumours surrounding Apple’s next-gen iPhone. Why the biggest? That is because the iPhone has stuck to the display notch since 2017 and by now, it looks dated in comparison to the hole-cutouts and under-display camera tech. Rumours have it that the notch is going and in its place will sit punch-hole camera cutouts. Now, some schematics have leaked online, showing how the iPhone 14 Pro Max will look like from the front.
Alleged iPhone 14 Pro Max schematics shared by ShrimpApplePro on Twitter and spotted by the media suggest how the iPhone 14 Pro Max could look like. These are CAD renders and hence, most of it is plain lines depicting the dimensions. At the first glance, it looks unmistakably like an iPhone but the changes are welcome, especially coming from the iPhone 13 Pro Max and its bulky camera notch.
The iPhone 14 Pro Max CAD renders reveal a revamped new design at the front. The display notch is gone and in its place sits a weird cutout holding the Face ID sensors and the front camera. The side bezels are thinner too when compared to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The display doesn’t look as immersive as a Samsung Galaxy S22 in comparison but it is certainly a step in the right direction.
Note that these renders are not verified and hence, you should take it with a pinch of salt. Apple is yet to comment on this officially and given that there're lots of months left for the iPhone 14 to break cover, we should keep an eye for leaks coming from more trusted sources.
