A new patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released for all platforms.
The version 4.04 update (see the full patch notes below) introduces more content inspired by Netflix‘s The Witcher series ahead of the release of new episodes later this month.
It also improves cross-progression on all platforms, while the Nintendo Switch version has received a number of bug fixes.
The PC version of the game has received some minor fixes and the same quality of life improvements that are rolling out across console platforms too.
Netflix released a trailer for The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 last week. Bringing to an end Henry Cavill’s time on the show, the latest season has been split into two parts, with the first released on June 29 and the second set to arrive on July 27.

ONLINE FEATURES — NINTENDO SWITCH
Added a cross-progression feature between platforms which replaces the previous save file integration introduced in patch 3.6 for the Nintendo Switch. Your latest saves will be automatically uploaded to the cloud so you can easily pick up where you left off on other platforms. Cross-progression provides the latest save for every save type. This feature becomes available after you log into your account. Please note that it requires a GOG account regardless of your platform.
