Sony has confirmed the monthly PS Plus games for June, with another trio of games being dished out for any and all PS Plus subscribers across all three tiers. It’s a line up that’s sure to keep dinosaur fans happy, that’s for sure!
The games listed will be going live on PS Plus on Tuesday 6th June, and all three are available across both PS5 and PS4. They are:
It’s a good trio of games, with the latest entry in the yearly basketball sports series alongside some dino herding and stylised side-scrolling samurai action.
For our Jurassic World Evolution 2 review, Dom said, “Jurassic World Evolution 2 is bigger, better, and bolder, and smooths off some of the original’s rough edges. Frontier has tinkered with the management sim aspects, and brought in a canonical campaign into the mix that follows directly on from the events in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, but the dinosaurs remain the star of the show. If you’re a fan of the franchise – and really, who doesn’t love uncontrollable carnivores? – then Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a perfect sequel.”
Trek to Yomi didn’t wow and delight us as much as it did others, but is still an enjoyable adventure. Aran said, “Trek to Yomi is a game that really does evoke the style of Kurosawa films, with a good story and good characters. However, it is let down by a combat system that can feel clunky and unresponsive against enemies that are a little too straightforward to defeat. If you enjoy sidescrollers and samurai then it may be worth spending the few hours it takes to play through it.”
