One scene from The Boys season 3 proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that Homelander is no Superman, presenting a mockery of a classic story where the Man of Steel prevented a girl from jumping off a building. This is hardly surprising, given that Homelander was created to be a twisted parody of Superman and the values he is meant to represent. His tune changed when he overheard a news broadcast regarding the death of his former love interest Stormfront. This pushed Homelander to rant to Chelsea about how unfair it was that she should get saved while Stormfront died, ultimately threatening to kill Chelsea himself if she didn't jump off the roof.
