The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke talks about a potential crossover with the main series and its upcoming spinoff Gen V. The upcoming spinoff will take place in the same universe as The Boys and will still draw inspiration from The Boys comics that inspired the main series. The spinoff will star Jaz Sinclair, Lizzie Broadway, Chance Perdomo, Maddie Philips, and Shelly Conn.
The Boys takes place in a world where super-powered individuals are lionized by the world and are allowed to commit horrendous acts in secret. Gen V takes place in the same world and will follow a group of young adults with superpowers who are pitted against one another in deadly challenges at a university run by megacorporation Vought International. Gen Vis currently shooting its first season and hasn't announced if any actors from the main series will appear yet.

In an interview with The Wrap, Kripke talks about whether or not the two shows will feature any crossover stories. Kripke says no characters from The Boys will move to Gen V, and that the two shows are set in the same world, implying there's the possibility some characters might appear saying "we’re not spinning off characters into it, they just exist in the same universe." He goes on to say how Gen V will be concerned with issues facing modern college students, similar to how The Boys satirizes many of the world's political and societal woes.
With the superheroes in The Boys being international icons, it's possible that their faces and likenesses will appear in the series as part of the story or as mere mentions to ground audiences within the world established by the flagship series. With The Boys season 4 still in
